Nature's Zodiac

A New Moon provides an excellent stage for the Draconid Meteor shower, emanating from the constellation of Draco, a dragon that coils around the north pole.  Unlike most meteor showers which are best seen near dawn, the Draconids are best seen at dusk.  In this episode we ponder the powers of creative observation, and the mysterious magic of the dusk.

As Mercury goes retrograde this week, we will ponder the way the mind 'looks back' to make sense of things.  In considering an idea that the mind extends into the world by use of tools and other minds, a seemingly simple subject of reflective thought becomes a silly symphony of possibilities!
