It's been 20 years since U.S. troops stormed into Baghdad at the start of the Iraq war based on the dubious claims of weapons of mass destruction. Retired U.S. Army Gen. David Petraeus calls it a "massive cautionary tale." And, the Navajo Nation has been battling for access to Colorado River water. Before the Supreme Court on Monday, the Navajo Nation will argue the federal government has failed to live up to its duty to provide the tribe with an adequate water supply.
