In this week's episode we discuss navigating conversations with non-vegan friends and family. We have divided the types of non-vegan friends and family into four groups - the Constant Queriers, the Health Shamers, the Passive Aggressive Pals and the Genuinely Clueless. We'll be discussing how to identify each type and the positive tactics you can use to discuss the issues with them and debunk some of their arguments. We also provide some general tips for socialising with your omni crew. I'm joined again this week by my occasional co-host Daniel Johnson- partner in crime and veganism.
