October is Breast Cancer Awareness month!

This year, I am celebrating my friend/sister; 'Kolia'. Kolia is an Amazon! She survived breast cancer and now dedicates her life to educating and supporting other women diagnosed with breast cancer.

Breast cancer affects men and women; raising awareness is crucial and can be the difference between life and death!

Kolia's charity is called 'SolumKolia Breast Cancer Foundation - Kiss Initiative'. There can be no excuse for a non-resident parent who is not a risk to his/her child to be denied contact with his/her child by the parent who the child lives with.

Determination, persistence, wisdom, patience, maturity are some of the many attributes 'child-focused' parents must possess.

Knowledge of the law is also crucial for every non-resident parent because the courts will need to intervene when contact cannot be amicably agreed between separated parents.

Father's day is one week away. Happy father's day to all fathers out there who do all they can to play an active role in the lives of their children!

Many fathers (single and married) need support with parenting or even just a safe space to meet up and bond with other fathers and don't know where to start looking. In this episode, my guest and I discuss some of the challenges some fathers face and the role he plays in supporting fathers.
