A farming couple’s case against ANZ for interest rate swaps will focus on the bank’s negligence, their lawyer has told a judge. As reported by NBR on Friday, Bushline Trustees, which is owned by Taranaki farmers Stephen (Bill) and Sharon Coomey, have taken ANZ to court for $7.9 million in damages.
