Alex Kirry and Scott Mitchell discuss the NCAA v Alston case which had arguments regarding name, image, and likeness. This case is coming to a head and it is time for these players to be able to earn something off of their name and in some cases their most profitable years.

One argument NCAA is making against allowing players to make money is that paying athletes will mean fewer people will watch. That is not true since plenty of people watch pro athletes.
