LeBron James just launched his own YouTube channel, and it's not just for highlights. In this episode of NDUB with no Borders, I break down the 3 real reasons a global superstar like LeBron is moving onto YouTube, and why the same playbook applies whether you're an athlete, entrepreneur, or small business owner building your own brand. From staying relevant with a younger audience to turning content into recurring revenue, these are lessons anyone building a personal brand needs to hear.

Taking my two sons out for a round of golf sounded simple, until I had to juggle client calls, a hot course, and teaching them the game from scratch. In this episode of NDUB with no Borders, I bring my boys out for their first real round, from their first drives to a mid-round break for steak bites and shrimp.
Along the way, we talk about coaching them to aim for the flag, surviving a rough hole (I ended up in a ditch), and running into an old friend from an Arizona trip. I also get into why golf is one of the best places to build real relationships and close business deals, and by the back nine, the round turns into a full breakdown of the "short game" and why the same discipline that wins on the green is exactly what wins in marketing and client work.

On this episode of NDUB with no Borders, Nathan sits down with Crystal Davis, a former nuclear engineer, founder, and consultant with a story that goes in a dozen directions at once. Crystal opens up about being held at an evaluation and treatment center, her time working at Amazon and Bechtel, a call she made to the FBI, and a family history she says includes Honduran royalty and German-Jewish roots. It's a raw, unfiltered conversation that touches on neurodivergence, faith, family, and her own theories about science and scripture.

Join us for a golf trip where the heat was extreme but the courses were worth the effort. See what happens when plans go sideways. It was the 6th Annual BGA trip, and Scottsdale, Arizona was the destination. The video doesn't show the intense heat, especially while going to the different courses. We keep it real. If you are planning a golf travel itinerary, watch this video.

It's BGA trip #6! This year the Black Golfers Association crew (me, Julian, Marvin, David, and the squad) touched down in Scottsdale, Arizona for a golf getaway with a twist, nighttime golf in 100-degree heat. From a surprise speakeasy toast at PDX before takeoff, to a house and pool tour, a pro shop military discount, and finally teeing off after dark at Grand Rolling Hills under lights (with it still being 100° at 9PM), this one has it all.

It's that time of year to get ready for our annual golf trip. After learning how to golf in 2020, one of my buddies started organizing yearly trips. But it first came with some pushback because I initially thought it was bougie.

Many people assume golf is an exclusive game, but that perception is changing rapidly. While I believe the black golf stereotypes, black people in golf have a long and successful history that dates back much further than most realize. Plus, I'm glad we can shine a light on us doing it.

Nathan has dealt with knee pain all of his life, and thought it was because of having bad knees. Not true. One of his most recent clients, Brandon Shewbert of Limitless Fitness, exposed him to some exercises and changed his mind immediately. "There is no free lunch in the soft tissue world."
In this NEW action-packed episode of Nathan's 1st episode after closing up "Let's Talk Marketing with NDUB," Nathan steps away from the desk and into the gym with his client and elite personal trainer/rehabilitation specialist, Brandon. After Brandon gave Nathan a reality check on his physical conditioning, Nathan agreed to undergo a rigorous evaluation and a soft-tissue treatment session.
If you've been struggling with stubborn knee stiffness, clicking joints, or a "torn rotator cuff" that physical therapy couldn't seem to fix, this video is a must-watch. Brandon breaks down the clinical science behind hypertonic (overly tight) tissues, why stretching alone won't fix a locked-down Achilles or pec, and how improving baseline vascular circulation can completely eliminate joint pain. Watch Nathan navigate the "hate-to-love" process of scraping, voodoo flossing, and neurological muscle re-education.

In this episode of Let's Talk Marketing with NDUB, Nathan Webster (NDUB) gets real about why chasing followers is building someone else's business instead of yours. Your followers live on Instagram's land, YouTube's land, Facebook's land, and the day the algorithm changes or the account gets purged, that "audience" is gone.
So how do small business owners actually own the people they serve? Nathan breaks down the mindset shift behind "The Netflix Effect," why attention is the real currency, and how old-school AIDA (Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action) still wins in 2026. He also gets honest about his own fear of showing up on camera, the conference lesson that finally made him stop undervaluing himself, and why "scared to be you" is the thing quietly killing your brand.
