-Mark Manning has long been a respected coach for Husker wrestling, and has had some great seasons---but none better than this year, where Nebraska finished 2nd behind only Penn State at nationals in Philadelphia
-It’s the first time the program has had a pair of champions since 1984---this year it was Ridge Lovett (149 lbs) and Antrell Taylor (157 lbs)….a remarkable showing by the team and an incredible finish to the year
