In this episode of Necessary Blackness Podcast, we discuss the Justice Department announcement that it would not be pursuing federal charges against Daniel Pantaleo, the NYPD officer accused of fatally choking Eric Garner, who was approached by police for allegedly selling loose cigarettes.
