❤️ Know your numbers. Know your blood pressure, cholesterol, even ask your doctor about having a coronary calcium scan which can help doctors understand the health of your arteries.

❤️ Cut out the processed foods and replace them with nutrient rich foods. Eat your fruits and veggies! 🍊🍓🍇🍌🥒🥦🥑

❤️ Get 7-8 hours sleep. Rest is critical to your health.

❤️ Do things like regular exercise and yoga/meditation to keep your heart healthy and less stressed.
