Is it fear? Is it too much worrying? Is something bothering you but you don't know how to control it? Anxiety can range from nervousness, fear, apprehension, and worry. The good thing about having anxiety is learning how to deal with it. I battle from anxiety over the smallest things that are big in my mind. There are many ways that I struggle and learn how to deal with my anxiety, and I just want to talk about how!

I am sorry to my supporters and my listeners. I've been missing in action trying to balance school, life and my mental health. Time Management has not been my friend. The Presidential Election is going on and I have some words for y'all honey. 

Know yourself and know your worth. This episode will be about the basics of self-worth, and just knowing who you are and what you deserve. I even give my personal background on my self-worth Being constantly criticized by family, friends, and society tends to slowly strip us of our self-worth and how we feel about ourselves. So just knowing who you are and what makes you who you are is better than anything. 

Emotions are what makes us who we are. Today's episode will be about my intake on emotions and some personal insight on how to handle your emotions and feel what you need to feel. Emotion is a strong sentiment of any kind that you feel about someone or something. . Never let your bad emotions outweigh your good emotions.
