both the emotional and physical sense. Facing childhood traumas including cancer as well as recovering and living with a PTSD diagnosis from his various life experiences. His hope is to share the hope he's discovering on a daily basis as his healing happens in real time. Real conversations on how to negotiate: Trauma, life, Marriage, Kids, Work, and everything else he runs into on a daily basis.
