It's important to know why an experiment didn't work before you move on. We'll talk about how we can mistakenly take the wrong path, how to know where to go from there and what that pit in your stomach might be telling you.

In this episode we’re going to explore the idea of what would it look like to give yourself permission to tap back into some of the lost aspects of who you really are AND experiment with new ways of showing up in the world.

We’ll talk about how I finally embraced an aspect of myself that I tried to hide for many years until very recently.

I will also share the completion of one of my 18 in 2018 bucket items: Getting a nose ring. I’ll talk about that humbling experience and the completely unexpected lessons I learned.

Finally, we’ll talk about some concrete ways to bring back an oldie but a goodie AND test out something completely new for you.

Matt will share some stories about the adventures he checked off of his list this year, what he has in store for this year and which ones seem to pop up on his list year after year. He will also share some of his bigger list items that might be a stretch, but he’s trying to make it happen anyway.
