As we celebrate the life of our pastor and friend, Steve Harms, we talk about the value that was Steve's favorite. Steve knew and believed that the church is most appealing when the message of grace is most apparent.

The world is not the way it should be. We all know this. We can get lost in asking Why? but the authors of Scripture portray a God who is actively moving to make things whole and right. God is on a mission of restoration. And his church should be as well.

We define authenticity as living in such a way that people see the real you. At Neighborhood Church, we believe it's Jesus that makes for a better and more real you. A better and more real you makes for a better world as you impact and love those in your sphere of influence.

Neighborhood Church has had some amazing success in it’s 67 years of ministry, but we can’t stay here. There are people and a world that need restoration but it is all too easy to think of church as just another thing Over the next few weeks, we’ll paint the picture of our future as a church and unpack the five core values that will get us there.
