The infamous Betty Bumpson, currently living in her underground bunker underneath one of the many Chili's in town, needs a roommate! After putting out an online ad, she meets Diamond, a woman down on her luck after some unfortunate death's in her life. Will these two make good roommates? Why does Diamond have 72 goldfish? And how's Betty's throat finger? All of these questions will be answered if you just listen to the episode.

Everyone's favorite old man criminal Chevy Thompson is back. After dragging Grumbo, Tucker and Brad down into his underground bunker & bakery, Chevy reveals a new conspiracy he believes to be happening in the neighborhood, one that includes...Mike?! And what mysterious figure do they then BUMP into while down in the sewers?! Tune in and find out!

Remember when Mike was throwing a pizza party but no one showed up except Monica? That's because Barbara was throwing her own pizza party at the same time on the same day...and really, are you going to get on Barbara's bad side and not go to her party? Exactly. Welcome to the neighborhood's 1st Annual Donut Fest! Run by Tiffany, Donut Fest is a day where the residents can come together, share their homemade donuts, and vote for the tastiest one. Although half the neighborhood couldn't attend due to food poisoning, Ralphie Geronimo makes a special appearance so what more could you ask for?
