Ya'll like crime comics because I like crime comics and I really liked Nice Jewish Boys #1, a new Comixology Originals series so I made sure to get writer Neil Kleid on the podcast and we had a great conversation.  Nice Jewish Boys is about Jake Levin, a freelance writer and suburban family man, who accepts help from an old friend when he's struggling a little financially. Jake witnesses something he shouldn't and his life quickly spirals out of control. Neil and I discuss his love of comics, his past works, his New Jersey community, his concern that the Orthodox Jewish community would be mad at him, and, of course, his collaborators John Broglia, Ellie Wright, and editor Sarah Litt.
