Segment Intro

As an event professional, maintaining our health is essential to our jobs, and at times it can be very difficult. We work long hours and are exposed to lots of food! Through the use of naturopathic medicine, a gym routine and healthy diet, I was able to lose 20 pounds. My plan can easily work for just about anyone. No tricks and fads.

This episode is for first time bride and grooms, planning their weddings! I hope this helps you to get ahead of the costs that usually surprise people and put them over budget!

If you want to win in this industry, you don’t have to be the smartest. You have to be the quickest and the most resourceful.
