Nerd Talk+: Nerd Culture, Space, Robots, Comedy and Beyond…

After the celebration of all things Branden, Gregr screwed up the schedule and we have no Branden again! Focus your brainwaves we've got weird adult toy news like we're in the times of Demolition Man. We're not letting the robots pick the music from TikTok for you, and quite the review this week!

This episode was so powerful that we changed the name of our group chat! We welcome back the king from his months in a fiery hellscape, we get weird about whale stuff, and I'm not sure we quite understand Ahsoka... 

Don't you dare kink-shame us for these spiders getting pinchy with some nipples - that's right, we're getting weird about scary Brazilian stuff this week. Huge props to Damon for being a g and to Ceej for filling in all these weeks. Also, we have a surprise return to wrap up the show with a real (double) bang!

We asked Ceej not to put the mic down his pants for the broadcast but as you can tell, he's a better improv listener than he is rule follower... Dumb quips aside, it has been amazing having a coast-to-coast pod and Ceej is the best. Anyway, how much do you think a human hand weighs? One person chimed in that they had weighed an erect member and its two pals - for science of course - and while we want answers, we actually don't.

We're getting Mt Dew drunk this week on Nerd Talk! Seriously, has anyone tried this hard dew? Gregr's voice is dead, Branden might actually be dead for all we know,  so it's basically Ceej running the show from here on out! Thanks as always for making us part of your busy life.

Look, it's too much cheese for one sandwich and I worried for Ceej's health. Branden is still out on Dad leave and so we get an extra dose of Florida Ceej to help out around here. We've got the solution to the film industry and so so many giggles.

This week we prepare for a our annual trip to Kent to soak up the nerdiest of atmospheres in a room full of Transformers fans, it's CybFest NW 2023. CybFest - the celebration of Cybertron the home planet of the Transformers - is an awesome chance to see people, toys, and artists from some of the most sincere and hardcore fans and a generally excellent chill time. Hope to see you there! An apology is due to everyone, we're very sorry to not have made new content recently. Gregr has been moving and life has been challenging without the home studio and so thank you for hanging out and letting us get our isht together. Also, ep 216 somehow never made it to the podcast, so we'll drop that in a couple days, out of order or course.

Why do the best jokes always come to me 3.5 hours after we record something. It's like every single day.
