In this episode Melissa and Jarrad introduce a new segment to the show, From the Printed Page to the Silver Screen will feature your hosts reading a book and then watching the film that coincides with it to do a side by side comparison.  The inaugural episode your host take on the KING of horror himself; Stephen King.  Melissa steps up to her role of Podcasting All Star discussing the continuation of the Shining storyline: Dr. Sleep while Jarrad barely fumbles his way through a tale about a boy and his car: Christine.  Would Dr. Sleep have benefited being released closer to the Shining? Who would Jarrad cast as Arnie in a remake of Christine and who would he pick to direct it?  Only way to find out is to listen in!

Good grief the Peanuts Movie is 5 years old already?!  In this episode, Melissa and Jarrad are joined by returning guest Guy Milks (RF4RM, Please Rewind, Dark Tower Radio) to talk about one of their favorite feel good movies.  Continuing the round table format; your hosts and their guest discuss topics like their first exposure to the Peanuts franchise, what makes this a feel good film for them, and even ask if there's any lessons that adults can learn from this film.  Jarrad even enlightens Melissa and Guy on the fate of former Peanut character Charlotte Braun.  So don't be a block head and give this episode a listen.

In this special Halloween episode, your spooky hosts throw down the gauntlet in the first ever Nerdnited Nations Triple Threat Match.  The task? With the failing of the Universal Dark Universe; Melissa and Jarrad seek to find who did a better job of bringing the Monsters together.  The contenders? Abbot and Costello Meet Frankenstein (1948), Mad Monster Party?(1968) and The Monster Squad(1987).  There are 5 rounds to this competition and only one movie will come out on top.

In this episode the spooky treats keep on coming as Melissa and Jarrad give an update on their seasonal Scare-a-thon, primarily discussing films they are seeing for the first time.  Such films being discussed are Summer of '84, Bride of Frankenstein, a few from John Carpenter such as In the Mouth of Madness, They Live and Body Bags.  Your hosts also take time to discuss further plans for their movie marathon as the month of October carries on.
