Much sniffling and snorting. Thats life. Snort and sniffle. I am not here to be polished ... except on the days I feel polished.

Quick intro of what to expect ... bwahahaha ... there is not much to expect except the unexpected ... and no doubt many a cliche ... I do love a good cliche ... like spoken word memes ... much wisdom in a few words, which is kind of why I started this new podcast ... the concept value in succinct ... just a nibble of rich content each day ... soul food from my nervous system to yours
