    Becoming a producing performer and CEO (even if it's "just" a CEO of your own career) requires a lot of decision-making, and often those decisions have to be quick and aren't easy to make.

    I'm sharing some of the hardest decisions I've had to make so far and lessons they taught me - from firing someone to cutting our fundind - hoping it will give you courage, insights and empower you to go for it yourself. In this episode I also open several topics on what they don't teach us at school and what I think are the necessary tools to develop if you want to stop surviving and start thriving un the performing arts industry.

  • Ep. 2 - 1 crucial concept that will help the performing arts industry

    Performers loooove to embody chaos. So much of the industry's vibe is about being chaotic, always last minute, a mess, everyone does everything.

    In my experience I've seen that the one thing that we all run away from can actually be the one thing that would save us sooo much time, energy, emotions, nerves - to stop persuming and start utilising processes and procedures.

    In this episode I'll give you a few examples of how I've noticed this whole thing and in the next one I'll share more examples of systems and procedures you can start using NOW for the benefit of us all.
