Located in the UK, where she writes and speaks about neurodivergence, recovery, chronic illness, PMDD and mental health.Diagnosed with ADHD and autism later in life, her work focuses on helping people connect the dots between experiences that are often treated as separate issues. Drawing on her own journey through addiction recovery, chronic illness and late diagnosis, she brings a thoughtful and compassionate perspective to conversations about healing, identity and what it means to truly understand yourself.
