We do a quick presentation on starting an innovation culture within your organization and start thinking like a Start-up. These include grouping a collaborative team of like minded people, presenting lunch and learns, getting executives involved, and kicking off an innovation challenge using a tool such as ideascale.com

As asked for, this is an overview of the Google Ventures Design Sprint Process in under 30 minutes. This will be your guide to setup your very own workshop based on the Design Sprints and how I use them to come up with innovative solutions to customer value and design thinking challenges. This is a great way to start to change your Information Technology Organization moving from waterfall-Agile into innovation culture.

Today we cover the final episode in the Google Ventures Design Sprint. We are looking at the interview process and getting that feedback we need to know if we have hit the mark on the customer value and the product actually has a market to sell to. I give some tips and tips that I have learn from my Design Sprint Sessions to help you craft your very own Google Ventures Design Sprints.

Today we explore GV Design Sprint Thursday and look at what I do in a workshop to build out a prototype. Some key thoughts are to stay with a facade that looks real and focuses on the customer value in the storyboard that was generated yesterday. We should focus on divide and conquer and have everyone building out a screen or two. I use tooling such as Invision to build out my prototypes for both Web and Mobile. This gives our customer interviews that we will do on Friday a realistic application feel. Enjoy this day it will be your longest of the week and this is where my IT team shines.

Today we look at Google Ventures Design Sprint for Wednesday. Wednesday is all about making the big decisions on what our prototype will include. We will be going through a Heat Map exercise using Yard Sale stickers to determine the best solution components and prioritizing those for our final implementation.

Today we look at Google Ventures Design Sprint for Tuesday. Tuesday is all about driving towards a visual representation of your ideas. It is a solo effort today where you try to draw as many ideas as you can and break them down into a self explanatory 3 to 5 cell comic strip style customer flow that focuses in on solving a customer challenge or opportunity, that ultimately drives customer value and possible innovation.

Today we look at what Google Ventures Design Sprint has for install for the first day in the sprint "Monday". We will examine how I run a Monday session including Making the Customer Journey Map, Reframe Problems as Opportunities, and Tips for the facilitator.

Today The Innovator Nevarda Smith examines application of the GV Design Sprint in a 5 day workshop format. This is an overview of the Design Sprint. Over the coming week we will look in-depth at Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. What is covered between 10AM and 5PM each day and the benefits to the company. We look at mindtools.com to examine SWOT Analysis, Pareto Analysis, Fishbone Analysis (Ishikawa Diagrams) to help us focus collaboration to drive innovation and execution. By focusing on the Customer to identify feature sets that drive Innovation, we can bring products and feature sets to the market that address specific needs.
