Never Have A Cheat Meal Again

What do you do when real life shows up and willpower and motivation are nowhere to be found? For example, let's say you are committed to a certain eating plan but you see your friends enjoying chips and salsa or you know your favorite dessert is going to be at the next family gathering, what do you do?

Instead of deciding in the moment to have a cheat meal, decide in advance what you are going to do, whether to indulge or not to indulge.

This may seem simple, but we are practicing integrity with ourselves every time we choose in advance what action we are going to take and we stick with it.
