New Details on Controversial Boat Strike

New reporting reveals that the admiral who briefed lawmakers on the September boat strikes in the Caribbean,  told them that the alleged narco boat at the center of the September strike was actually heading to link up with another vessel bound for Suriname, not the U.S.
