The U.S. government is looking into the concept of partly blocking out the sun. Congress mandated the White House to provide a research plan for “solar and other rapid climate interventions.” This is according to an official White House release, congressional reports, scientific documents, and open proposals tied to scientific organizations, the World Economic Forum, and billionaire Bill Gates.
