Experts in the field of Alzheimer's have introduced a seven point rating scale for doctors to use when diagnosing patients with the brain disease. The numerical scale is proposed guidance that was unveiled at the Alzheimer's Association conference in Amsterdam and is similar to the system used for cancer diagnoses.
