Dr. Peter Buch sits down with the lead author of these guidelines, Dr. William Chey, to learn more about implications for clinical practice. Dr. Chey is the Chief of the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, the H. Marvin Pollard Professor of Gastroenterology, and a Professor of Nutrition Sciences at the University of Michigan.
