الأسم دة بيتكرر كتير في أذهاننا واصبحنا بنسمعة كل يوم تقريباً في مختلف الصناعات من مجال البرمجة، لمجال الأدوية والسلع سريعة الحركة والأجهزة المنزلية والإلكترونية. الوظيفة دية من أهم الوظائف اللي لازم تكون موجودة في أي شركة دلوقتي لأن الشخص القائم بالوظيفة دية هو حلقة الوصل ما بين السوق متمثل في المستهلك والعميل وفريق العمل بالشركة من مبيعات وتسويق وبحوث وتطوير. هذا الشخص هو المسئول عن المنتج وأداءة وخطة تطويرة وهو الشخص المسئول عن قيادة فريق الإبتكار في الشركة لخلق المنتجات التي تحل مشاكل العملاء وتحسن حياتهم للأفضل
