When: 16-17 July 2016.

Where: Edson Fish & Game 1 mile range.

Event style: Precision rifle with pistol.

Pig roast: The evening of the 16th, once the course of fire is done for the day.

Entry fee: Will be $100
Requirements to compete:

Have a valid PAL & or RPAL if shooting restricted firearms.
Be 18 years of age or older.
Agree to follow all rules, both ours and the ranges.

Clothing and items to bring to the range

Layers layers and layers
Gloves that have the flip back mitten part.

Fingerless gloves
Gloves that fit
Mittens (trigger guard adapted)

Wool socks or thermal socks if you’re fancy like that
Touques and pocket heater everywhere!
A car close by that is running lol(for Wanda?)
Boots that are lined and or waterproofed
Wind pants or waterproof pants
Thermos of coffee
Sunglasses and sunscreen
Change or socks, pants, gloves etc in case everything gets wet

Maintaining your gun in the Cold

Lubricants
Condensation

* Keeping snow out of the muzzle

* Fogging(optics)

Stock finishes(old Cooeys)
Damage to wood stocks or polymer(sub zero arctic conditions)
Stock and sling fit and LOP with winter coat on
Stock grip with gloves(skateboard tape)

* Trigger pull adjust for wearing gloves
