Welcome back to New Tip Daily, episode #46 thanks for joining me today, my name is Rafael. I would like to share some tips on Hiring. Hiring the right person for a job involves a number of steps, including: Clearly defining the job requirements and responsibilities. Developing a job description and posting it in the appropriate places. Reviewing resumes and cover letters. Conducting initial phone or video interviews to narrow down the pool of candidates. Holding in-person or virtual interviews to further evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the job. Checking references and conducting background checks. Making a job offer to the most qualified and suitable candidate. It is also important to have a diverse pool of candidates, and to consider diverse experiences and perspectives when making hiring decisions.

Welcome back to New Tip Daily, episode #44 thanks for joining me today, my name is Rafael. today we recap on this week's tips: but first my good friend Dane Dormio sent me a great tip. Here's Dane's tip: You can create the reality you want from the inside out by consciously using your body, breath, and mind together to regulate your state from moment to moment. Wow, what a great tip, thank you Dane for the tip! It's important to remember that our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations are interconnected and can affect each other. By becoming aware of and managing these elements, we can actively shape our reality and improve our overall well-being.
On Monday the subject was effective business communication, but in reality Effective communication truly involves active listening, the ability to understand and respond to the needs and concerns of others, and doing your best to interpret what they are saying and what message are they trying to convey to you and vise versa. Tuesday we spoke about Friendships and how they affect our lives. My mom used to say show me your friends and I'll tell you who you are, wow. That was a message I never listened to until I realized that my friends either held me down or lifted me up. Take a moment and do a friend assessment. Are they truly a friend? Finally yesterday we spoke about the first food we eat on any given day, most people call it breakfast, but what if your first meal is at noon? Would you still call it breakfast? LOL. I also mentioned fasting. Breaking fast refers to the act of ending a period of fasting, typically done during the morning hours. Fasting is the practice of abstaining from food or certain types of food for a certain period of time.

Breakfast is the first meal of the day, typically eaten in the morning. It is often considered the most important meal of the day as it provides the body with energy and nutrients to start the day. Common breakfast foods include cereal, oatmeal, eggs, toast, fruit, yogurt, and breakfast meats such as bacon or sausage. Many cultures have their own traditional breakfast foods. Now let's consider the actual word. Breakfast or break - fast which literally means to break your fast from the night before.

Welcome back to New Tip Daily, episode #42 thanks for joining me today, my name is Rafael. Today we are discussing friendships, friendships are relationships between two or more individuals who share a bond of mutual affection and trust. They can be formed between people of any age, gender, or background, and they can take many different forms, such as close friendships, casual friendships, and online friendships.
Friendships can have many positive effects on one's mental and physical health, such as reducing stress, increasing self-esteem, and providing a sense of belonging and support. Boundaries are the limits and rules that individuals set for themselves in order to maintain their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Setting boundaries with friends is important because it helps to ensure that the relationship is healthy and respectful. Some examples of boundaries that people may set with friends include: Setting limits on how often they communicate or spend time together Communicating their needs and wants in the relationship Respecting each other's privacy and personal space.

I would like to share some tips on effective communication. Let's first try to understand what effective communication is and how we can use it in business. Effective communication is the process of clearly conveying information and ideas to others in a way that is easily understood and well-received. This can include verbal communication, such as speaking or presenting, as well as nonverbal communication, such as body language and facial expressions. Effective communication also involves active listening, the ability to understand and respond to the needs and concerns of others, and the ability to adapt communication style to suit different situations and audiences.

Focus on the process rather than the end result.
Why do people bully? There is no one answer to this question, as there are many different reasons why people bully others. In some cases, it may be due to a desire for power or control. In others, it may be a way of coping with their own insecurities or feeling of inadequacy. It can also be a learned behavior, in which people who have been bullied themselves as children go on to bully others.
