They encompass all those things we want to achieve.

Typically, they appear at the beginning of January. While they might seem like a relatively new concept, they essentially refer to the things we wish to accomplish in the new year ahead.

But do we really need to wait until this point to pursue the goals we aim for?

Clearly, no. It's important to distinguish whether we're postponing something or simply setting a goal because of the pressure of the calendar.

Taking it step by step will not only bring new achievements but also prevent us from accumulating so many goals that we end up accomplishing none of them.
