Surprise! As a thank you for all of your support this year, I'm making this week's tea time available for nonsubscribers!  We do this check in every week to put to rest the week behind and set up the week ahead. This is a longer one to properly send off 2022 and welcome 2023, but feel free to follow this practice anytime of the year.  You'll need something to bury, something to keep, something to burn (I'll explain) as well as a journal and some tea (or your favorite beverage of choice). We'll be closing the chapter of this past year and welcoming the highest path of this new year with some reflection, meditation, and little rituals.
