Newtons Nuggets

In this week's Newton's Nuggets, we speak to the lovely Nicky Booton, who is a self esteem and empowerment coach. We talk about fear, getting on stage, networking, and how we provide our own blocks - if we could be more self-confident we could all achieve so much more.

Nicky doesn't really know who Yoda is, but her nugget certainly sounded like she is Yoda!!!

In a previous Newtons Nuggets, we spoke about Multi Level Marketing. Then Jesse turns up with our perfect example of a successful MLM! Amy is not only lovely, but inspirational, and has such a good attitude. Her nugget around the use of Fair trade and the impact of that on the world is very insightful - something to take note of!

In this week's Newtons Nuggets, we have the incredible Damian Surr, otherwise known as GingerMagic. For the first time we have some actual magic - which obviously works really well on a podcast! Either way, Damian has a fantastic nugget - stick to what you are good at. Also, I messed up with the recording, but "luckily" Jesse was on hand and you can barely notice :D

Hi everyone, in this Newtons Nuggets we talk to Sam Pearce of Swatt Books about her work in self-publishing books. And she gives us not 1 but 2 Nuggets! No that's not greedy, that is informative!

Also, I forget how to speak, but luckily Jesse has filled in for me to say:

In this week's Newton's Nuggets, I have an old friend of mine join us, and he is one of the best magicians in the country. No, he is not THAT James Brown!

You may have seen him stealing Dominic Bryne's wallet on the Chris Moyles Show, but now you see him talk frankly about magic in the modern world, and gives a nugget that very much solves one of Jesse's pet peeves!

We also talk about the fact that our new crowdfunding campaign is launching next week - help make the mentaltheft book happen!

Every few weeks we like to take a break from interviews and just have a catch up - so this week's Newton's Nuggets we actually talk to each other! Our Nugget this week is advice around MLMs - Multi Level Marketing. This is where you become the sales and marketing team for businesses. This has become very popular for a lot of beauty and kitchen products, and with the weird world we are in we have seen a huge amount popping up.

Paul used to work for an MLM, so we talk about the pitfalls, give advice and talk about how to be successful.

We also catch up on what we have been up to, including Jesse and his wife setting fire to each other (more literally than you would imagine!) and Paul has been doing online wedding fayres. We also talk about upcoming Newtons Nuggets!

In this week's Newton's Nuggets, we talk to Sas, who is an expert in storytelling. She talks to us about sales acceleration strategies - because we hate the stereotypical pushy sales person. And considering the climate we are in, her words and advice for parents teaching their children at home will be extremely valuable!

Keith Blakemore-Nobel joins me and Jesse for an interview on Newton's Nuggets! I know Keith as a magician and hypnotist, however he is labelled as Britain's Number 1 fear strategist. He also treads the boards with a bit of Panto on occasion! I spoke to Keith about my own fears, and the nature of fear - the difference between a fear and phobia.

Keith is a lovely chap, and very fun and bubbly, so we had a great time talking to him. His attitude towards helping with their fears is unusually direct and even Jesse was impressed.Check out our Patreon on:

Newtons Nuggets is now on podcast format! Paul Newton and Jesse are now joined by interesting people for interviews on subjects that will keep you captivated. As with the idea with Newtons Nuggets, people will always get a nugget of advice to take away.

This week, we talk to Matthew Stirling, magician, actor and stunt man, about his time on Britains Got Talent, where he became famous for his amazing magic and muscly body! One of the nicest guys I know, we also talk about Hollywood, as well as our nugget subject, how not to become a Diva. Check out our Patreon on:
