Join me in not only celebrating the Birth and Wisdom of Dr Martin Luther King Jr, but I will show how his teachings are more relevant today than ever. Dr King was a man of the people, all people and did more to change for the better how we live than just about anyone since Jesus walked on this earth.

I point out how his teachings can be used in today's world and how we need his wisdom to unite us and bring us to a higher level of understanding that is severely lacking. I will point out examples of how our leaders today are failing us and how agenda media is causing fear mongering instead of the truth.

This episode is coming out a few days after Dr Kings birthday - but I am happy to extend the celebration a little longer.

We are living in a strange time. Courage was once a revered Trait to have, but over the past several years, the idea of Courage has been diluted and occasionally scorned. in this 2 part series, I want to show how we can all bring out our Courage while still remaining empathetic and sympathetic at the same time.

Fear stops us from living our full lives and Courage is needed everyday in different levels to be able to handle everyday life and to be able to follow our dreams. Let's bring the courage we have to the surface and this 2 part series will help us do that.

We all have courage in us, now is the time to push aside outside forces and inner demons and show the world what we are made of. We can do it.

I want to tackle how we can deal with this in a way that could bring us together, not allowing ourselves to succumb to overwhelming bombardment of social media bullying that is so prevalent right now.

Our Mental health is way more important than numbers of viewers, listeners and clicks media outlets get.

It's a little in your face this time, so buckle up and let's band together on this one.

I will set the stage for all of us this election season. I will do my best to clear the air and give you the confidence you need to vote with a clear mind.

It's an important time in our history and voting is our right that many have died to defend. Let's make the most of it.
