Civitas Maxima is an NGO that has been helping and representing victims of war crimes from countries affected by self inflicted wars orchestrated by dictators and tyrants who escaped justice from their countries after the civil wars ended. The victims and citizens of those war-torn countries, in the process of healing are standing strong together to bring these perpetrators of the war crimes to justice in international courts. Alain Werner and the team at Civitas Maxima represent some of the plaintiffs in some of these cases at the international courts.
