Show me your faith!

Faith needs to be seen, not just talked, it needs action!

It is dead and useless.

Paul is not fighting legalism but laziness.

Paul - works - circumcision, Jewish laws, root of salvation(internally), how to know you are a Christian.

James - works - acts of love, fruits of salvation(outside), how to show you are a Christian.

You are not saved by the works that you do, but your works show your faith.

Real faith is driven by convictions.

Conviction is visible through attitude, action, affection.

Examples of Abraham and Rahab - Faith that led to action

Talk is cheap, prove your faith!

Faith is demonstrated by actions

The type of harvest reaped tells what kind of seed was sown.

What you are today is the choices you made in the past.

If you sow to the flesh, then consequences. If you sow to the Spirit, then the blessings.

Jer 17:10 - Flesh leads to Self-Sufficiency, and Spiritual drought leads to the barrier to being fruitful for the kingdom of God.

Where are you ? Reap consequences or blessings?

Jesus submitted to God's will knowing it is going to be difficult.

He knew it means that He is going to be separated from God and the world's sin will be upon Him.

What is your school of Gethsemane?

Thy will be done - doesn't mean He is going change His plans for my wishes.

Pray to want what God wants for you

Do you know Him as God or as my God?

On the road to Damascus, Paul was willing to know who God is and what He wants him to do!

The Will of God will not take you where the grace of God will not keep you.

Satan uses God's children to go against God by his temptations.

It makes our Father's heart to grieve.

He bypasses and rules our lives.

When we don't rely on the Holy Spirit, then we become vulnerable to his bait.

Fish, when it falls to the bait, then its destiny is death.

Fish, if it did not desire the bait, it would be still living in the waters.
