Thea Megan Trinidad was born and raised in Queens, NY to Monique and Michael Angel Trinidad on December 27, 1990. As a child Thea religiously watched wrestling with her father and younger brother Timothy. Although her interest was primarily wrestling, Thea also enjoyed swimming and playing baseball with her grandfather Jose Padilla. On September 11, 2001 Thea's father Michael Angel Trinidad was tragically killed by the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center where he worked for the firm Cantor Fitzgerald as a Telecom Analyst. Thea was 10 years old.The family then moved to Centereach, Long Island where Thea trained as a dancer, singer and actress. He was always encouraged to pursue artistic endeavors, including drawing, writing, and most importantly, theater; appearing on stage since he was 6 years old. At age 13, however, he decided that he wanted to only do acting and began to audition for commercial and TV work. Seeking to expand his knowledge of the acting craft, Hari left the comforts of his family home in the Los Angeles suburb of Calabasas, CA. He ventured 3,000 miles away from Hollywood, and enrolled in the prestigious theater arts program at Howard University ("HU") where he earned a BFA and appeared in many university and local-area theater productions. In this episode, Black Hollywood Live hosts Jessica King, Nick Perdue and Megan Thomas interview special guest Laila Odom. Laila Odom, received her (BFA) degree in Theater Arts at Rutgers University: Mason Gross School of the Arts. During college, Laila embarked on a successful modeling career in New York that led to international opportunities in German and South Africa.

Laila moved to Los Angeles to further pursue an acting career and studied with Margie Haber, Lesly Khan and Ivana Chubbuck. Laila began to study improv at Los Angeles Upright Citizens Brigade, which later lead to a lead in the new hit web series “The Real Preachers Wives”, on The Comedy Shaq channel directed by Leslie Smalls. This opportunity allowed Laila to hone her comedy and sketch skills, which led to roles in such films as "Dysfunctional Friends", "He's Mine Not Yours" and "Video Girl".
