In this episode, we had the honor of speaking with Carla Kingston, a transportation specialist with over 13 years of experience in the industry. As the Program Coordination and Professor in the Supply Chain Management Diploma Graduate Certification Program at St Lawrence College, Cornwall Campus, Carla shared her insights on the current trends and challenges facing the industry and how the program is addressing them.

We also discussed how Carla has seen the transportation industry evolve over the years and what skills and qualities are essential for success in this field. She also gave valuable advice for students interested in pursing a career in transportation and the Supply Chain Management.

Carla's research on why small business owners don't outsource non-essential services was also a topic of discussion, and she shared some key findings and their implications for small business owners.

As the owner of Woodridge One Transportation, Carla applied her MBA education and work experience to manage and grow her business, she shared her experiences with us.

Finally, we talked about some of the exciting careers that students can pursue after completing the Supply Chain Management Diplomate Graduate Certificate Program.
