Hey family, as you know we’ve begun a new series called Resurrecting Faith. We’ve been trying to address what happens in our lives after we’ve messed up. After we’ve gone to the place we said we were never gonna go, after we did the thing we said we would never do, after we hung out with people we said we’d never see again—how do we respond? We talked about what happens on the morning after--what to *know* about our response to God and what to *do*. This Sunday we’re going to learn how to talk to God after we’ve blown it. You don’t want to miss it. We’ll see you at our live service at 10 a.m., and please invite a friend. Let them know we are taking temperatures, sanitizing our space, socially distancing and everything else to create a safe, healthy environment. Kids’ Church is open as well!

PS, please note for your calendar—We will be having one of our twice-annual congregational meetings after service on Sunday, May 2. This is a great time to catch up on where we are now as a church and where we’re going.

If you can’t make our live service, there will be a preview online Saturday at 6 p.m. via Facebook Live (RHOW-BK page) and on Zoom, 472 778 7718, password 0825. --Edwin

Hey family, last week we talked about how we've all been in that "morning-after" place--the time after we've sinned, when we're feeling that God cannot forgive us. We looked at Micah 7:7-9 and talked about being brokenhearted and yet how we can be bold and come before the Lord. This week we'll talk about practical applications. Until I see you Sunday at 10 a.m., I hope you will read these verses in Micah and ponder them in your heart.

Remember, we've hired a professional cleaning firm to sanitize the sanctuary and other spaces before Sunday service, and we continue to take temperatures, require masks, etc., in order to keep everyone healthy. For those who are not ready to return to our live services, there will be a preview of the message on Saturday at 6 pm on the RHOW-Brooklyn Facebook page and also on Zoom, 472 778 7718, password 0825. RHOW Kids' Church is also open for ages 5-11, but

Hey family, I’m so grateful that many of you were able to come to our Easter service at 360 Schermerhorn. It was so special to be together with you. From all accounts, many people felt blessed, and we got to see seven people receive the Lord!

We’re kicking off a brand-new series called “Resurrecting Faith.” This week we’ll talk about what's the most important thing when it comes to doing that. Many of us who have struggled to get back to where we were and then to move forward have difficulty with one simple concept. And that’s what we’re going to discuss this week. It’s a great time to invite a friend! Remember that our live services are held in a safe, clean space, and we hope to see you Sunday at 10 a.m. Kids’ Church is open as well in their brand-new room!

Hey family, as New York City tries to get back to some semblance of normalcy, with stadiums opening and indoor dining at restaurants, we look forward to this Easter season to be the time where we return to pursuing Christ and growing together in physical community. This has been a very tough season for many of us in isolation, so we invite you to come to our Good Friday and Easter services. We will be socially distanced, wearing masks, and everything sanitized in preparation--but most of all, we'll be getting back to the joy of connecting with one another and worshipping together. What a glorious privilege this is. Please invite a friend.

We'll see you at 7 pm Friday for Good Friday service and 10 am Sunday for Easter. Children's church will be offered at both services. A preview of the Easter message can be heard online at 6 pm Saturday on Facebook Live (RHOW Brooklyn page) or via Zoom, 472 778 7718, password 0825. God bless you! --Edwin

Hey family--Good Friday and Easter are the holiest time of the year. Last year we were unable to worship together, but this year we are ready to hold live services. We have hired a professional cleaning company to prepare the children's room, the sanctuary, and everyplace else that we will congregate. (In fact, you can read a brief message about them below.) Our Good Friday service begins at 7 p.m. April 2, and Easter service begins at 10 a.m. Seating in the sanctuary will be organized to allow for safe attendance, and I pray so much that you will join us. --Edwin

"IATRIC Professional Cleaning Services’ experience in Critical Care Units more than qualifies us to deep clean and disinfect the Recovery House of Worship - Brooklyn. We use CDC & EPA-approved deep cleaning and disinfection techniques, products, equipment, and Steam Cleaning Technology to control the spread of germs that lead to infections such as Influenza and COVID-19. We take our business seriously and treat your business as if it were our own. You, your staff, and customer's health and safety our #1 priority, which is why we clean for health, safety, environmental quality, and aesthetics."
