Hey family, the holiest time of the Christian year is approaching, and we can't wait to see you at our live services on Good Friday and Easter Sunday. In preparation for this experience of Christ's death and resurrection, we have been in a series that calls us to look deeply at ourselves and our relationship to our savior.

This week, Pastor Gus will speak about how God gives each one of us the gift of Faith, to be used to come to Christ but also to trust in God the Father. There are many blessings God has for his children, blessings that remain unwrapped because we hold on to other things so tightly. We can't experience what He has for us until we realize that it is better to give than to receive. Generosity is where it all begins.

Join us this Sunday for week 5 of our Lent series. Our live service is Sunday at 10 a.m., and we are making sure all guidelines are met for keeping our space clean and healthy. As we continue in our Lenten series leading up to Easter, this week we’ll learn about intercessionary prayer--praying deeply and purposefully on behalf of other people. Join us Saturday or Sunday to find out more about what that means and how it works. (Don't forget, Daylight Savings Time begins Saturday night--set your clocks forward one hour.)

Hey family, in this season of Lent we have been asked to look within and surrender our plans, thoughts, and feelings to God. This week we’ll embrace what repentance is—and what it is not. Having a conscious contact with God and living in daily repentance will lead to greater intimacy with Him.

That’s what we’ll talk about this week. If you can make it in person, our Sunday service begins at 10 am at 360 Schermerhorn. As you know, we are observing all CDC guidelines to make sure that attending church is not just an uplifting experience but a healthy one as well.
