After being in this incredible industry for a few years my big question was "how do you get people to the events & keep them coming back every year?". 

I witnessed a Leader do something every year for about 36 months and at the end he was having his own Events with about 18,000 people.

I stepped away from this great Industry for about 15 years and studied over 200+ companies and after comparing all them from, Product lines, Management Team & Compensation Plans, I wasn't ever fooled again with people talking about how their Network Marketing Company "was the best in the industry".

After 15 years in this Industry I started seeing that very few people where actually becoming successful and making a fulltime income from it. And decided to walk away from the industry.

 During that time away I did a lot of research and studied about 200+ companies and saw that it all was in how the compensation plan was created. I found a few companies that had done it right and were paying distributors for the Volume they had created down their whole organization, not just from certain qualifications that were met or down certain levels.
