NFL Daily

Jadeveon Clowney enteried 2020 NFL free agency as one of the top NFL free agents and he still has yet to sign with a new NFL team. Clowney misjudged his market and that’s cost him. Now, he’s running out of time to sign with a team before the 2020 NFL season. So what are the top Jadeveon Clowney destinations right now and what are the NFL rumors around Clowney?

The 2020 NFL season is a little over a week way and Jadeveon Clowney is still not on an NFL roster. Jadeveon Clowney played last season with the Seattle Seahawks, and he could still end up there, but Tom Downey and Mitchell Renz have the top five teams Jadeveon Clowney should sign with before the start of week one.

Get an NFL facemask today: http://chatsports.com/StaySafe/

The Tennessee Titans and Baltimore Ravens come in at one and two, respectively, on the list of teams that Jadeveon Clowney should sign with. The Tennessee Titans have been closely linked with Jadeveon Clowney for a while now, but they would need to make it happen quickly to get Clowney ready for week one. The Baltimore Ravens have an elite quarterback with Lamar Jackson, but their defense could use some bolstering with Clowney. Matthew Judon and Marcus Peters are strong defensive players, but Jadeveon Clowney could give the Baltimore Ravens’ defense a different look as a pass rusher.

The New Orleans Saints are looking to make a push for another Super Bowl next season. Their offense is set with Drew Brees at the quarterback position and Michael Thomas as one of the best wide receivers in the NFL, but could they look to add to their defense with a strong pass rusher like Jadeveon Clowney?

The Las Vegas Raiders need a lot of help on the defensive side of the field. Jadeveon Clowney could be added to a young Raiders defense with guys like Clelin Ferrell and Maxx Crosby headlining it all. Jadeveon Clowney could bring about some veteran leadership to the Las Vegas Raiders defense and help take some pressure off of Henry Ruggs, Josh Jacobs and Derek Carr on the offensive side of the ball.

Here’s the top destinations for Jadeveon Clowney with the 2020 NFL Season almost here:

#5 New Orleans Saints

#4 Seattle Seahawks

#3 Las Vegas Raiders

#2 Baltimore Ravens

#1 Tennessee Titans

Some other teams worth mentioning that are long-shots right now include the New York Jets, Cleveland Browns, Pittsburgh Steelers, Miami Dolphins, Detroit Lions and New England Patriots. Those teams have a combination of issues with either fit or money available.

The 2021 NFL Draft is roughly a year away, but NFL draft season never ends, especially with an uncertain CFB season. That’s why we’ve got an early look at the top 2021 QB Prospect Rankings. The top prospects will change, for sure, so think of this as an early watch list. Although, the big 3 of Trevor Lawrence, Justin Fields and Trey Lance might not change.

Just wear a dang mask so we get football this year. You can get an NFL one to rock here: http://chatsports.com/StaySafe

The College Football season is in doubt right now and that would have a major impact on the 2021 NFL Draft. It’s a full season of film gone for prospects who need it. Players like KJ Costello and Kyle Trask might be impacted the most.

The QB Draft Prospects have three awesome QBs at the top. Fields, Lawrence and Lance are likely first round picks, even if they don’t play in a season. But the other QB prospect rankings are up in air. NFL Daily and draft expert just isn’t a huge fan of these players, for now.

Jadeveon Clowney rumors just won’t stop and the latest team connected to them is the San Francisco 49ers. NFL Daily host Tom Downey isn’t buying that rumor. In other 49ers rumors, will the team get a long-term deal done with George Kittle? That latest is that the two sides aren’t close, but that needs to change for the 49rs before the season, right?

NFL Rumors on a contract extension for Deshaun Watson? The Texans QB mentioned “timing” when asked about a deal, a sign he’s willing to wait and get paid, just like Dak Prescott. Other NFL rumors include Antonio Brown’s suspension. Does his 8-game suspension mean the Seattle Seahawks won’t sign him?

NFL news includes CJ Mosley opting out and Matt Stafford and Gardner Minshew being placed on the COVID-19 list. Plus, the NFL is trying to move up the opt-out deadline. Will it be Tuesday or Wednesday instead of a week after it’s finalized?

NFL trade rumors on David Njoku should be over now. The Browns TE says he no longer wants to be traded after asking to be dealt.

Here’s the full list of NFL news & Rumors:

- Deshaun Watson Contract latest?

- George Kittle contract issues?

- Jadeveon Clowney & 49ers?

- Seahawks out on AB?

- No David Njoku Trade

Dak Prescott’s future with the Dallas Cowboys is unclear. The Cowboys and Dak didn’t get a long-term deal done, meaning the young QB might actually reach free agency soon. Maybe it’s after 2020 or after 2021, but it’s a real possibility. If it happens, what teams could Dak sign with and leave the Cowboys for? What are the top Dak Prescott destinations.

Dak is a Top 10 NFL QB, especially looking ahead to the QBs on the verge of retiring. That means if he does reach NFL free agency, the list of possible Dak destinations is a long one. A bunch of NFL teams would love to add a player of Dak’s caliber, even for the cost involved.

This list is based on Dak not sticking with the Cowboys at some point in the near future. Perhaps it’s after the 2020 NFL Season or maybe it’s after the 2021 season when a franchise tag costs so much. If that’s the case, there are a BUNCH of NFL teams that would have interest in Dak. Of course, things can and will change. A Dak trade.

NFL teams like the Jacksonville Jaguars, Chicago Bears and Indianapolis Colts have been searching for a true franchise QB for several years. Dak could be their answer. Other teams, like the Pittsburgh Steelers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New Orleans Saints have guys, but they are old. The timing for Dak might be perfect.

Here are the Dak Destinations Power Rankings:

#10 San Francisco 49ers

#9 Carolina Panthers

#8 Jacksonville Jaguars

#7 Las Vegas Raiders

#6 Pittsburgh Steelers

#5 Tampa Bay Buccaneers

#4 New England Patriots

#3 Chicago Bears

#2 New Orleans Saints

#1 Indianapolis Colts

NFL rumors seem to follow Antonio Brown wherever he goes and rumor has it that Seattle or Baltimore might be one of his next destinations. Brown, who remains a free agent, has drawn interest from several NFL teams according to Ian Rapoport, so who are those teams? Tom Downey and Mitchell Renz, hosts of NFL Daily, rank their top 5 destinations for Antonio Brown.

Antonio Brown destinations include teams like the Washington Redskins and Green Bay Packers. The Redskins have had a revolving door at the WR position and their top receivers in 2019 were all rookies. With so much uncertainty around Dwayne Haskins, AB could plug into Ron Rivera’s new system and provide some veteran support in Haskins’ sophomore season. Meanwhile, in Green Bay the Packers are hoping to win with Aaron Rodgers despite not addressing the glaring issue at WR during the NFL draft.

NFL Free Agency rumors had linked Antonio Brown to the Seattle Seahawks after QB Russell Wilson reportedly said he ‘would love’ to sign AB. It’s no secret Pete Carroll and Co. are in the market for a third option at WR, however, the Seahawks could opt to sign Josh Gordon if and when he is reinstated instead. Who is a better fit in Seattle: Brown or Gordon? Let us know in the COMMENTS!

The San Francisco 49ers are another team who are in the market for a wide receiver after losing Deebo Samuel to a Jones fracture. The Niners were banking on a breakout sophomore season for Samuel after letting Emmanuel Sanders walk in NFL Free Agency. With Deebo out, do the 49ers make sense as an Antonio Brown landing spot?

Antonio Brown rumors are here in light of NFL rumors that the Baltimore Ravens and Seattle Seahawks are doing research on signing him. Will a team really sign Brown? And if so, who are the top fits for Antonio Brown?

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers make some sense, but Bruce Arians has made it clear he doesn’t want Antonio Brown.

Here are the top 5 NFL teams that can sign Antonio Brown this NFL offseason:

#1 Baltimore Ravens

#2 Seattle Seahawks

#3 Green Bay Packers

#4 San Francisco 49ers

#5 Washington Redskins

NFL news and rumors is back with updates on Deshaun Watson, Jadeveon Clowney and Ronnie Stanley. Will Watson and Stanley get paid? And when and with what NFL team will Clowney sign? ESPN has also instigated a silly debate about which QB to start a franchise with: Tua or Lamar Jackson?

NFL Rumors on Deshaun Watson won’t go away. He’s due for a major contract extension, especially with Dak Prescott and Patrick Mahomes also on the verge of getting paid. But just how much will it cost?

NFL News: Jerseys, including some rookies, can be bought for under $80: http://chatsports.com/jerseydeal

Jadeveon Clowney’s free agency market has not been what he had hoped and now he can cross yet another team off his list of possible landing spots. According to recent reports suggest that the Giants aren’t interested in pursuing Jadeveon Clowney despite their need at the pass rusher position.

Tua Tagovailoa battled injuries that caused him to slide down draft boards, however, that’s not stopping ESPN’s Rob Ninkovich from picking Tua over Lamar Jackson if he were to start an NFL franchise. Tom Downey looks at Tua vs. Lamar plus we take a deep dive in the QB competition in Chicago between Nick Foles and Mitch Trubisky.

Here’s the full list of NFL Rumors:

- Ronnie Stanley Mega Deal?

- Deshaun Watson Extension?

- Jadeveon Clowney Latest?

- Giants want Markus Golden?

- Tua over Lama Jackson?

- Bears QB Battle

- NFL salary cap news

NFL rumors today focus on a George Kittle extension with the San Francisco 49ers, Cam Newton and the New England Patriots and if Dez Bryant will return to the NFL. There’s also NFL news on Colin Kaepernick and some Philadelphia Eagles players who want LeSean McCoy.

Cam Newton remains an NFL free agent, as few NFL teams have really tried to sign him. However, the Patriots did have contact with Newton after he was cut. Could they still be a threat to sign him?

George Kittle’s extension is going to be costly for the 49ers. But the latest 49ers rumors are that the two sides aren’t that close. The 49ers will happily make Kittle the highest paid TE in the NFL, but Kittle wants more than just TE money.

NFL News: Jerseys, including some rookies, can be bought for under $80: http://chatsports.com/jerseydeal

Colin Kaepernick hasn’t played in the NFL in years. So why does the NFL’s former VP of communications want the Minnesota Vikings to sign him?

NFL rumors also include the futures of Dez Bryant and LeSean McCoy. Could the Eagles bring back McCoy? And will Dez Bryant get another shot in the NFL?

Here’s the full list of NFL Rumors:

- Cam Newton & Patriots?

- George Kittle Extension With 49ers?

- Colin Kaepernick To Vikings?

- Kaepernick was right

- Dez Bryant Next Team?

- LeSean McCoy to Eagles?

ESPN’s Mel Kiper has put out his way-too-early 2021 WR Prospect rankings. The 2021 NFL Draft isn’t close, but the WR Draft class is looking just as strong as the 2020 version. The top prospects will of course change, so think of this as an early player watch list.

Mel Kiper only ranked his top 6 WR prospects of Ja’Marr Chase, Rashod Bateman, Jaylen Waddle, DeVonta Smith, Justyn Ross and Chris Olave. The craziest part of this: all those 5 teams just had a WR taken in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Get an NFL-themed facemask: http://chatsports.com/StaySafe/

The 2021 NFL Draft WR class is far deeper than just 6 players, with several being worthy of 1st round draft pick consideration. That’s why NFL Daily host Tom Downey is here to break down Kiper’s Top 6 and some other prospects worth watching during College Football this season.

NFL Draft WR prospects also worth watching in the 2021 NFL Draft class include the likes of Rondale Moore, Tylan Wallace and Tamorrion Terry. Moore might have the best shot of being a Round 1 pick, but both he and Wallace are coming off injuries. Terry has great upside, as do players like Amon-Ra St. Brown, Seth Williams and both Michigan WRs in Nico Collins and Ronnie Bell.

Here are Mel Kiper’s Top 6 WR for the 2021 NFL Draft:

1. Ja'Marr Chase, LSU

2. Rashod Bateman, Minnesota

3. Jaylen Waddle, Alabama

4. DeVonta Smith, Alabama

5. Justyn Ross, Clemson

6. Chris Olave, Ohio State

Tom Downey also has some other WR Prospects to watch:

Rondale Moore, Purdue

Tamorrion Terry, Florida State

Tylan Wallace, Oklahoma State

Amon-Ra St. Brown, USC

Seth Williams, Auburn

Terrace Marshall, LSU

Charleston Rambo, Oklahoma

Trevon Grimes, UF

Nico Collins, Michigan

Ronnie Bell, Michigan

Sage Surratt, Wake Forest

Tutu Atwell, Louisville

Tre Walker, San Jose State

Dazz Newsome, North Carolina

Damonte Coxie, Memphis
