Our next guest was introduced to me by Jeff Rogers, Chairman of OneAccord.  He is a former NFL QB who played for the 49ers, Eagles, and my beloved Seahawks!  He is Jeff Kemp and he is a father, leader, and the author of" Facing the Blitz", where he helps his clients turn strategies into triumphs.

This conversation touches on so many important topics for us fathers including vulnerability, ego, self-awareness, faith, sports, leadership, and love!  Jeff has a deep love for his wife and shares many examples of the ups and downs they've worked through in their marriage.  Jeff also shares a great story of how he is striving to be the ultimate QB of his household for his kids and grandkids.  Lastly, this is one of those episodes I would encourage you to take notes and review as there is so much wisdom he shares with us!
