Those are a small drop compared to the actual costs of producing a show. And so many theaters depending on ad revenue and donations to make up the difference. Enter the unsung heros. Or in this case "hero", singular. Dr. Marc Bard and his organization "Paintings for a Purpose" . And that purpose? According to is website: "Our mission is to advance the well-being of our communities by financially supporting charitable organizations that provide valuable community resources and services. 100% of our sales revenue is donated to those community-based charitable organizations." Yes 100%!
