  • EP. 26: Trusting Your Gut
In season 2, episode 9, I speak about trusting your intuition, that inner voice that tells you something is off about a person, situation, or decision you are about to make. I am learning more and more to be my best advocate and to trust the things that I need and want. I wanted to share my journey and the things I have learned that have taught me to trust my intuition, that sixth sense that tells me I may need to look at what I am deciding to do a bit more. Maybe I need to pray more, meditate more, quiet my spirit, and listen to God more. Greatness is seeking after you, but will you trust yourself enough to accept it and believe you are worthy of the best!
I found quite a bit of my information from the site listed below. I encourage you to read up on the things I have spoken about and to do your own research on intuition.

  • EP. 21: What Is Behind My Motivation?
In season 2, episode 4, I am asking and answering the question; what is behind my motivation? I feel sometimes we have to sit back and ask ourselves why we do the things that we do so that we can wake up each day with intentionality. If we do not ask ourselves this question, we fall into the habit of surviving and not thriving. And here at the "Nice 2 Meet U" podcast, we are all about being the BEST version of ourselves and ALIGNING ourselves to thrive!
