Welcome back friends and neighbors! This week Ashley, my DC lawyer friend, joined the podcast! We discuss affirmations and how we use them in our own lives. While we tend to think of affirmations as woo woo girl practice, Simone shares the actual scientific benefits of affirmations. Ashley came on the podcast to talk about estate planning, but unfortunately mercury retrograde had other plans. We will try to reschedule this very important conversation.
