Being stuck at home has got us cooking this week!
Here is just a small taste (get it?) of what we talk about in this episode:
Soups, hamburgers, Brazilian BBQ, tres leches cupcakes, smoking chickens, taro root flour, stainless steel cookware, unicorn cakes, how to flatten tostones, coffee, quibe (or maybe it is kibe...), how to make dry beans, and how to cheat making rice!
Be sure to check out Mama Noodle's Sweets on Facebook and get yourself some tasty treats.
Week 3 of Nick & Eli Talk at You is Week 7 (or 8?) of the coronavirus quarantine.
Looking for toilet paper? You won't find it in the stores, but you'll find plenty of it on this episode as we talk about toilet paper and toilet paper accessories. It's the quality content you crave!
We then dive into some premium TV to binge while you're stuck at home - there is some great stuff out there!
Be sure to subscribe to our podcast wherever you prefer to get your podcasts. We're also on YouTube on Nick's page - @lolnickfox
We successfully recorded two weeks in a row! Lucky you!
This week, Nick and Eli talk at you about the ongoing coronavirus quarantine and complain about those that don't believe the current outbreak is a real thing and people who don't wear masks in public (Shame! Shame!). We also touch upon a new proposed stimulus bill like we are real-life newscasters. Check out more info here: https://www.forbes.com/sites/ryanguina/2020/04/18/proposed-2000-monthly-stimulus-checks-and-canceled-rent-and-mortgage-payments-for-1-year/
We then go on to talk about our pets - Eli's dogs and Nick's cat. We love being pet owners/parents and you can tell as we gush about them for 15 minutes.
Also, if you're on Long Island and love italian ice, check out Old Fashioned Iced Cream in West Babylon!
After an 8 year hiatus, Nick and Eli are back to podcasting! With a new name, the spirit of 99 Lives Radio 3.0 (which was already our 3rd attempt at podcasting) lives on with "Nick & Eli Talk at You"
For our pilot episode, we catch up and dive straight into coronavirus. With all of this time on our hands sheltering-at-home (WHICH YOU SHOULD BE DOING TO KEEP PEOPLE HEALTHY!) we fired up the ol' microphones and got to talking. Directly at you.
It's 30 minutes - pretend you have a commute and listen!
