Public visitation for Deputies Ramirez and Hislope will be held on Friday, February 27, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at James River Church, located in Ozark.
    • Funeral services for both Deputies Ramirez and Hislope will take place on Saturday, February 28, at 1:00 p.m. at James River Church in Ozark.
    • The service will honor the lives, service, and sacrifice of both deputies. Honors for both Deputies will be rendered on site immediately following the funeral service. A law enforcement procession will follow to Greenlawn Funeral Home in Ozark, Missouri. There will be no graveside service.
    • On Wednesday, the Cuban military fired on a US-registered boat that entered Cuban waters, killing 4 passengers and injuring 6 others.
    • Republican Oklahoma Sen. Markwayne Mullin criticized independent Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders for not fixing healthcare during his decades in Congress during a Wednesday hearing.
