In this episode we interviewed Forbes Graham. While Forbes is not from Buffalo he is a friend of Co -Host Mark who MArk has known since the 90's. Forbes spends much of his time creating very avant garde music featuring his trumpet these days but he spent a bunch of time in the hardcore scene. Forbes was in such bands as Amalgamation and KayoDot. We talked to Forbes about his experiences in the hardcore/punk and general questions about his music career at large. In the latest episode of the NCS Podcast we interviewed Ryan Besecker who sang for the bands Kid Gorgeous, Asherah and Ghosts Of War. In The episode we talked to Mike Jeffers about the recent Union Despair reunion show that happened here in Buffalo on 12/30/23.

We talked to Mike about the inspiration for the reunion amongst other pertinent topics.. It was a cool buffalo 90s buffalo hardcore show in 2023. Despair was the reunion show that I (Mark) always wanted and the Union reunion was the one I didnt know I needed.

In this episode we got someone who we never thoughtg would be on the podcast, Steve Titus. Steve was a pretty big figure in the 90s from booking shows (SBYC) to being in bands (No Way Out) he diod a whole lot in the scene. We see him every so often but recently ran into him a the Despair and Union reunion show and he agreed to be on the 'cast.
